    Allstate Renovations President and Owner

    Chris Childers founded Allstate Renovations in 2004 and continues to serve as its president. Since Chris Childers established the home improvement company, he has worked on numerous multifamily renovations in both Sacramento and Kansas City.

    Alongside hiring and managing employees, he is responsible for maintaining general contractor licenses while overseeing all projects. In addition, Mr. Childers regularly engages in continuing education initiatives. He has also maintained positive relationships with long-term clients across the area.

    Before he founded Allstate, he worked with Straticon as a project manager. Having served in the role for five years, he was involved in numerous projects, often managing several simultaneously. His duties involved meeting with clients and determining the scope and budget of various undertakings.

    Before meeting with these clients, Mr. Childers would compile project-related costs from suppliers to develop accurate pricing for a bid. He also coordinated materials and subcontractors. A fan of boating and fishing, he enjoys numerous hobbies, including riding motorcycles.
